About the Role:
As a Maître d'Hôtel, you are the conductor and host of the room. You lead the floor team with purpose, ensuring a smooth and elegant service while fostering a sense of warmth and belonging for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily floor operations with precision and calm
* Monitor and optimize bookings, capacity, and guest flow together with Hostess
* Supervise POS system and transactions for accuracy and speed
* Foster a strong team spirit, ensuring fluid communication and mutual support between team members
* Build and maintain genuine relationships with regulars and new guests
* Support service during peak times with presence and care
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
* Address guest concerns with empathy and swift problem-solving
* Contribute to revenue development, upselling strategies, and overall guest satisfaction
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting. A background in hospitality management or related training is also beneficial.
