Who are we?

A dynamic, international team of 100 tech-savvy professionals working across Stockholm, Augsburg and Zurich and other locations - with over 20 years of success behind us.

Your impact:

* You will be onboarding and adopting processes for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth adoption of our software
* You develop upselling strategies that exceeded budget targets
* You manage our customer contracts
* Proactively you build customer success plans to boost loyalty and minimize churn
* You will share valuable customer insights to shape future product development

Your profile:

* A relationship builder with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Experience from SaaS, onboarding, sales, or account management - you know how to turn customers into long-term partners
* Proven ability to map, analyze and improve the customer journey
* Skilled in communication (German & English) and structured in your work
* Curious about tech and passionate about customer happiness
