As a Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist at MetaCompliance, you guide our DACH as well as Englisch speaking customers through their entire journey — from the first product demo to a successful rollout of our SaaS platform. Pre-Sales Support
Post-Sales Onboarding
You plan and deliver structured onboarding, train customers on the platform, and ensure a smooth and confident start. You coordinate with Support, AEs, and Customer Success to set customers up for long-term value and adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding customers, explaining technology in a clear and practical way, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Pre-Sales
Post-Sales Onboarding
Deliver structured onboarding programs (e.g., Track onboarding progress and drive activation, engagement, and early value
Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English
~1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or similar)
~ Ability to manage several customers and projects simultaneously
~ Ability to quickly learn new software and translate it into simple explanations for customers
Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or enablement roles
Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital compliance, or IT concepts (training provided)
Experience working with Account Executives, CSMs, and Support teams
Prior exposure to Pre-Sales work (even light support)
French or any other European language is a plus
