As a bioresource manager, you will be responsible for managing resources for our biogas plants in your region to ensure efficient and sustainable supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resource Management: You are accountable for resource procurement, budget planning, and monitoring to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
* Supplier Acquisition and Service Management: Identify and engage new suppliers, commission suitable service providers, and maintain a strong regional network.
* Sludge Management: You are responsible for managing sludge products and ensuring their proper utilization.
* Budget Responsibility: Plan and manage budgets for resource areas at individual locations while maintaining focus on costs, efficiency, and quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualifications: Hold an agricultural economics degree or equivalent qualification.
* Practical Experience: Bring relevant professional experience and expertise in agricultural operations and processes.
* Regional Network: Maintain close relationships with regional partners and understand local needs.
* Communication Strengths: Engage confidently, negotiate effectively, and have good interpersonal skills.
