We are currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail and draft correspondence
* Control the content and quality of documents
* Manage telephone calls, diaries and contacts
* Monitor the management of customer contracts
* Organize and control office management
* Be responsible for the physical reception of visitors
* Prepare meetings and presentations
* Manage filing and archiving
* Stand in for other assistants as regards management of the Management agenda, and physical and telephone reception of their contacts.
Participate in initiatives that foster inclusion, integration of new employees, waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior.
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Three years of experience in a similar role
* Fluency in French, English and German
