YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for leading and developing an engaged team
2. You ensure that one of our most important accounts is managed in an optimal and strategic way
3. You develop and implement CRM strategies for our partner and support them along their digital transformation journey
4. You design target‑group‑oriented CRM initiatives to drive acquisition and loyalty for your account
5. You leverage data and reporting to evaluate measures and derive actionable recommendations
6. You ensure continuous improvement of workflows and processes
7. You take full responsibility for budget ownership and forecasting
8. You manage the implementation of complex IT projects and coordinate collaboration with numerous internal and external specialists
YOUR PROFILE
9. You hold a degree in business administration/economics or a comparable qualification
10. You bring over eight years of professional experience in key account management or consulting, ideally with a focus on CRM or marketing
11. You have several years of leadership experience
12. You can confidently operate across all hierarchy levels up to C‑level and bring strong negotiation and presentation skills
13. You have strong analytical capabilities, a high affinity for numbers, and a strong customer and results orientation
14. You are a strong communicator and assertive in your approach
15. You are fluent either in German and English
