REMITSpezialisist
We seek a REMIT expert to handle complex compliance cases, including external lawyers. The ideal candidate will also coordinate internal REMIT compliance processes and serve as the central point of contact for external authorities like the Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) and the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). Strong collaboration with national and international network operators and associations in the REMIT field is essential.
Our ideal candidate has:
* Ernstliche Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Compliance-Fällen sowie externen Rechtsanwälten.
* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Koordination interner REMIT-Compliance-Prozesse.
* Vertrauenswürdige Ansprechperson für externe Behörden wie Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) und Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER).
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Netzbetreiberorganisationen und Verbänden im Bereich REMIT.
Zentrale Aufgaben:
