Join DHL’s global e-commerce logistics team as a Pricing Intern and help build the commercial backbone of the DHL Fulfillment Network. In this role, you’ll learn how scalable pricing for a global supply chain network is created, master our DFN Calculation Tool, and support real customer proposals across regions. You'll work hands‑on with data, stakeholders, and operational challenges, gaining deep insight into how pricing drives one of the world’s largest logistics networks.

Eligibility Criteria
This internship is part of a local scheme with universities in Germany. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrollment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.
Your key accountabilities include:
* Produce accurate offer calculations for the DHL Fulfillment Network using the DFN Calculation Tool.
* Document assumptions clearly and ensure calculations are reliable and transparent.
* Work with diverse data sources and collaborate cross‑functionally with operational and commercial teams.
* Apply analytical and creative thinking to solve operational challenges within a standardized product framework.
* Support continuous improvement and enhancement of the pricing calculation tool.
* Follow structured change management processes for tool or methodology updates.
* Balance stakeholder needs while adhering to established pricing procedures.
* Contribute ideas and insights for improving pricing tools, methodology, and overall processes.
What are we looking for from you?
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with a logistics focus.
* Strong English language skills.
* Strong problem solving and ownership capabilities
* Solid understanding of logistics processes and terminology.
* High affinity for business case modelling and logistics solution design.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
* Experience in finance and/or pricing - beneficial
* Exposure to global, regional, or country-level business environments - beneficial
* Interest or insights into the e‑commerce market and e‑commerce customer needs – beneficial
