Service Desk Engineer
BDO Luxembourg is seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to manage incoming calls and tickets, categorize and prioritize issues, coordinate with second and third-level support, and install/move/additional IT devices for end-users.
* Key responsibilities include resolving technical queries and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in IT, at least three years of experience in a similar role, good knowledge of operating systems and network environments, and skills in identity management and Microsoft 365 suite. Fluency in French and English is also required.
* A valid driver's license is an advantage.
