Job Title: Sales Assistant (Third-Party Contractor)
Job Location: (Düsseldorf, Germany)
Main Responsibilities:
* Support sales management with project management, sales pipeline/progress tracking, meeting coordination, and employee training organization.
* Manage subscription data and sales forecasts, identify risks to targeted project achievement, and drive corrective action.
* Lead and track key projects, including risk identification, issue follow-up, and closure.
* Work with IT to develop and maintain digital dashboards to improve business data analysis efficiency.
* Oversee internal process controls and ensure compliance.
* Support PO authenticity checking.
Requirements:
* Education background in bachelor's degree and above.
* Solid understanding of sales and business management.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Strong numerical sensitivity, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills and fast learning ability.
* Experience in project management, sales management, data analysis/decision support, or KPI management.
* Experience in process management.
* Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
