Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d)
As a Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d) you will be part of the Digital CRM Section. You will support the automotive sales process by delivering success through customer business analysis.
Modeling automotive Sales/CRM processes, documenting current and future states to identify improvement opportunities and optimization
Developing and documenting functional specifications for the systems and solutions required for the project
Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and reporting on the project's progress
Planning and providing user education and training on automotive processes or new systems
Bachelor of information technology degree/Business Administration or comparable qualification
~3-4 year of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
~ In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, sales/CRM journey, supply chain processes is crucial for making informed recommendations
~ Strong background with Salesforce - Primarily with Automotive Cloud experience, Sales and Service Cloud as secondary skill
~ Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
~ Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, from developers and product owners to business leaders. Clear and concise communication to help convey insights and requirements
~ Strong documentation skills to keep detailed records of project requirements, processes, and outcomes
