Your mission You develop and optimize processes directly at the equipment to increase efficiency and quality. You are responsible for executing customer orders, acting as an internal and external point of contact. You conduct sample analyses to ensure and document the quality and properties of the manufactured products. You are involved in product development (hands-on as well), continuously providing feedback and testing new products and processes. Your profile You have experience in laser material processing in an industrial environment and are familiar with the operation and maintenance of systems. You bring experience in contract manufacturing, including the planning, execution, and documentation of manufacturing processes. Very good English skills, both spoken and written. Desirable: Knowledge in handling laser dicers or saw dicers to meet specific requirements in material processing, or experience in the semiconductor industry. Why us?
