Job Description
As a legal professional with German language skills, you will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality services to clients.
Your responsibilities will include managing client portfolios, handling legal issues related to Luxembourg companies, and preparing meetings for board and shareholders.
You will also be involved in organizing company incorporations, mergers, and liquidations, as well as maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities, and banks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
* You should have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
