Your Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth, meet key performance indicators in assigned regions.

* Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation within CRM systems.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* Collaborate with global teams to execute regional strategies.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with 5 years of proven success in technical sales.
* Demonstrated understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Proven ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluent English communication skills, with additional language skills a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willing to travel internationally as required.
