About the Feucht and Leibold labs
The Feucht and Leibold labs aim at improving immune cell-based therapies against cancer and non-malignant diseases. We leverage advanced technologies including CRISPR / Cas9 genome engineering, live cell imaging and cutting-edge omics to gain improved understanding into immune cell and tumor cell biology. We apply clinically relevant models to uncover underlying mechanisms of responses and therapeutic failures with the overall goal to develop and translate enhanced therapies to improve patient care.
The labs are embedded within the iFIT Cluster of Excellence (EXC2180) and supported by ERC Starting grants, providing excellent opportunities for training, mentoring and career development.
