Wir suchen eine dynamische und ergebnisorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Werkleiter (m/w/d) für unser Stanzwerk in Attendorn, Deutschland. Diese Schlüsselposition trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktionswerk am Standort und treibt die operative Exzellenz, leistungsstarke Teams sowie eine nachhaltige Performance in einem anspruchsvollen Automotive-Umfeld voran.
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktionswerk mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Lieferung und Kosten (SQDC)
* Steuerung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen (Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence)
* Sicherstellung einer starken operativen Leistung, einschließlich Kostenkontrolle und Produktivitätssteigerungen.
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Werksstrategie im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
* Aufbau und Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur mit Fokus auf Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Engagement
* Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen mit hoher Service- und Lieferzuverlässigkeit
* Einhaltung aller relevanten Gesundheits-, Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
Ihr Profil:
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Werkleiter/in oder in einer leitenden Operations-Funktion, idealerweise im Stanz- / Umformbereich
* Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu entwickeln und zu motivieren
* Fundiertes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen, Automatisierung und Industrial Engineering
* Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Verbesserung von operativen und finanziellen Kennzahlen
* Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring sustainable plant performance in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence) across all functions
Ensure strong operational results performance, including, cost control, and productivity improvements
Develop and execute the plant’s strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives
Foster a high-performance culture, focusing on people development, engagement, and accountability
Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and reliability
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Profile:
Proven experience as Plant Manager or Senior Operations Leader in a stamping / metal forming environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial engineering
Track record in delivering operational results
Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued
Fluency in German and English required; German is a strong plus
