About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support our team during an exciting period of transformation. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver key people initiatives, support employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to ongoing projects related to a company spin-off and process simplification.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support managers and employees on HR policies, onboarding, and lifecycle events
* Assist with HR projects, including organizational changes and internal mobility
* Help implement and optimize HR systems (Workday, SAP)
* Ensure compliance with German labor laws and global HR standards
* Use data to support decision-making and improve processes
* Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
What You Bring
* 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational setting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP a plus)
* A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
* German (near-native) and English (fluent)
