Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and follow up the country’s financial strategy and goals, aligned with the overall vision and mission of the Group;
* Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
* Monitor and report on the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics;
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives;
* Ensure compliance with all financial laws, regulations, and standards, and maintain internal controls and policies;
* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, auditors, and regulators;
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field;
* Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry or organization
* In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and auditing
* Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices
* Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
