Responsibiliies:
Telecommunication System Management
* Design, install, and troubleshoot telecommunication systems to ensure efficient and reliable communication across the organization
* Perform regular system checks to maintain optimal functionality and prevent downtime
Network Switching & Configuration
* Work with complex network switching systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
* Configure network systems to support smooth and secure data transmission aligned with organizational requirements
Equipment & Infrastructure Oversight
* Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of telecom equipment including hardware, software, and networking components
* Monitor the performance of existing systems and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
Technical Issue Resolution
* Evaluate and diagnose technical issues related to computers, servers, networks, and voice systems
* Provide timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions and ensure uninterrupted communication services
