As they build their presence, we as the appointed agency are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and politically savvy leader to serve as our Head of Market Access Germany.
This is more than a role—it’s a platform to act as the company’s spokesperson, influence national healthcare policy, and ensure patients get timely access to life-changing innovation.
🌟 What You’ll Do
• Lead the German reimbursement strategy from AMNOG assessments to price negotiations with sick funds.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with the General Manager, Medical Affairs, and EMEA Market Access to align local strategy with global value narratives.
• Represent the company in high-stakes meetings with HTA bodies, payers, and policy stakeholders.
• Shape the policy environment by building strong external networks and contributing to strategic policy work.
• Coach and prepare internal teams for interactions with reimbursement authorities and prescribers.
• Be the face of the company in Germany—delivering clear, confident communication to the public and scientific community.

• Proven success in leading market access for innovative, specialty pharma products in Germany.
• First-hand experience with AMNOG processes and price negotiations.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to operate at conceptual, operational, and tactical levels.
• A natural communicator who thrives in political environments and can confidently represent the company externally.
• Experience in cross-functional, cross-geographical collaboration, with cultural sensitivity and agility.
• A passion for science and health economics, and the ability to translate complex value stories into compelling narratives for payers and policymakers.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong asset.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, MPH) preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk-sharing and price-volume agreements.
• High integrity, professionalism, and a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit.
