To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Country Lead (m/f/d) who is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational IT services for the respective countries. You ensure the smooth operation, support, continuous improvements and maintenance of EIT (Enterprise IT) infrastructure service per ITIL and align them with global organizational goals, smoothly landing global initiatives/projects and ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Oversee EIT operations, ensuring stable, high-performing infrastructure and coordinated local IT support.
2. Incident, IMAC & Problem Management: Ensure timely resolution of incidents, IMACs, and problems aligned with ITIL, collaborating with global teams to minimize disruption.
3. Service Delivery: Deliver EIT services against SLAs and KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through preventive support and process optimization.
4. Project Management: Lead and support IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing the IT transformation agenda.
5. Vendor & Financial Management: Manage vendors, contracts, and EIT budgets; monitor costs, provide forecasts, and drive efficiencies.
6. Compliance, Security & Governance: Ensure compliance with EIT policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach IT teams, driving performance and continuous improvement.
8. Stakeholder, Change & Comms Management: Act as the primary EIT contact for the region, aligning local, regional, and global stakeholders with EIT strategy.
Your qualifications:
9. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10. Proven IT operations management experience, preferably in multi-country or cluster environments.
11. Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, project management, and IT security/compliance.
12. ITIL and/or PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred.
13. Experience in multinational organizations and pharma manufacturing (GxP knowledge a plus).
14. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
16. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
