Responsibilities and Key Duties :
* You will contribute to the creation, management, and structuring of investment funds, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements. This hands-on experience will allow you to deepen your technical expertise and take an active role in high-value transactions.
* You will advise international clients on fund-related matters, including regulatory, corporate, and tax aspects, which will broaden your knowledge and develop your problem-solving skills.
* You will support the development of long-term client relationships by providing clear and proactive legal advice, enhancing your confidence and credibility in a professional setting.
* You will work closely with senior colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment, gaining exposure to diverse fund structures and strategies while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities.
Candidate Profile :
* Fully qualified lawyer with experience (3 to 5 years) in investment funds, ideally in Luxembourg.
* Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of French is an asset.
* Strong interest in fund law and regulatory frameworks, combined with excellent drafting and technical skills.
* Proactive, dynamic, and motivated to work in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of complex matters.
