You manage projects for partner initiatives - from negotiations through to commercialization and retirement, and you carry out partner negotiations.You define the demand by identifying common search fields/use cases including setting up partner governance and partner projects.You are responsible for financial planning activities and the success achieved together with strategic partners.You develop business plans, customer presentations and project plans, the launching of partner products and KPIs to measure the performance of the partnership.You take over the control/monitoring of goal achievement.RequirementsYou have completed a degree in the field of engineering or business administration or comparable qualifications and already have many years of professional experience in the field of partner management.In addition, you will have the following knowledge and skills:Many years of experience in the independent and binding planning and control of new topics, also in the environment of virtual and/or international teams.Outstanding experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation, especially in the control and management of large projects/programs.Excellent experience in an international and intercultural environment.Many years of experience in partner management for financial services.Outstanding market knowledge in the financial services area.Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.Analytical way of working and strong teamwork skills.This position is also available on a part-time basis.Applicants with disabilities will be given priority if equally qualified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
