YOUR PROFILE
* Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or Neurology with completed additional training in Geriatrics
* Preferably leadership experience in a senior medical role
* Dedication to managing elderly, multimorbid patients with a wide spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic options
* Open and socially competent personality
* Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate intensively across clinical departments
* Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, and empathy in patient care
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Leading and coordinating clinical care for geriatric patients, including supervision of junior medical staff
* Conducting ward rounds and managing multidisciplinary treatment plans
* Active participation in clinical governance, quality assurance, and process improvement
* Involvement in teaching and mentoring medical trainees and junior doctors
* Contribution to staff scheduling, recruitment, and organizational tasks
* Ensuring adherence to medical standards and institutional policies
* Supporting research activities and ongoing professional development
