IT specialist (m/f/d) application manager for lottery software
Your tasks
* Monitoring and controlling processes within the systems for which you are responsible
* Adjustment and control activities, operation of the programs via various graphical user interfaces and the command line
* Development and implementation of flow charts and logging of activities
* Operating and monitoring the system interfaces, providing and processing the necessary data
* Support with error and problem processing
* Creation of files and reports for internal and external use
* Planning and execution of software tests
* Collaboration on change projects within the software systems
Your profile
* Completed training in the IT sector with initial work experience
* Advanced knowledge of the Linux and Windows operating systems
* Business fluent German and very good English skills
* Ability to work carefully, responsibly and conceptually
* A high degree of customer and service orientation
* Enjoy solution-oriented work in a complex system environment
* Team orientation, good communication skills and a high level of comprehension
