Your Mission You develop and optimize our SAP Sales & Service solutions and provide real added value for all product teams, management and internal customers. Lead and manage system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements as part of the product team on the tech side Advise on process design, digitalization, and automation based on SAP S4HANA technologies. Act as key contact for system support (Incident & Change Management, 2nd Level Support) and develop interfaces in the SAP environment Configure systems, conduct testing, and maintain documentation Support IT architecture and system integration From A to Z: You accompany the entire process from requirements analysis to implementation.
