BGTS International Business Unit is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients across industries in the UK and the EU.
About the Project:
Our client is undertaking a large-scale Digital Transformation Programme focused on modernizing their communication infrastructure. A major initiative under this roadmap is the Telephony Transformation, aimed at moving from traditional fixed-line systems to a more agile, cost-effective softphone-based.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and implementation expertise for the telephony transformation.
* Ensure seamless integration of PC and service infrastructure with Azure.
* Diagnose and resolve SIP and SPC triggering issues.
* Configure and support Cisco-based telephony systems.
* Assist in firewall and SBC integration.
* Support hybrid environments combining fixed-line and VoIP telephony.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure effective migration and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong experience with Azure integration.
* Deep knowledge of networking and hybrid telephony systems.
* Proven experience with SIP troubleshooting and SPC processes.
* Experience with Cisco telephony infrastructure.
* Proficient in firewall and SBC configuration and ongoing support.
* Ability to create and maintain network diagrams and configuration management documentation.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
