Responsibilities
* Develop and own the engineering strategy for mixed-signal IC products.
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains.
* Oversee the full IC development lifecycle, from architecture and design through validation, tape-out, and production.
* Make critical technical decisions balancing performance, power, area, and cost.
* Implement scalable engineering processes and best practices to support growth.
* Collaborate with product, operations, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Represent engineering with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
* Strong expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal IC design.
* Proven success leading multiple silicon tape-outs through to volume production.
* Hands-on knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools and IC design flows (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
* Experience with system-level integration, validation, and test methodologies.
* Track record of building and scaling high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
* Strong financial, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
