Graphic Designer
Job Summary
We're looking for a
talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate ideas and concepts into impactful designs across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing, communications, and business teams to develop creative assets that align with our brand identity and drive engagement.
Your role will include designing
marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, corporate documents, and proposal layouts
, ensuring all visual outputs maintain a high standard of quality and consistency. You'll also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our visual presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and compile
tenders and proposal submissions
, managing timelines, content, and stakeholder input.
* Drive the
design and formatting
of professional proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
* Create high-quality
graphics, illustrations, and templates
using MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
* Transform complex written information into
clear, visual, and impactful communications
.
* Facilitate
brainstorming sessions and stakeholder meetings
to align sales and proposal objectives.
* Enhance the
look, feel, and structure
of proposals to reflect the Bank's brand and market-leading standards.
* Stay current with
design and digital tools
(e.g., InDesign, Adobe, Illustrator) to elevate the visual quality of submissions.
* Manage
multiple assignments and deadlines
using dashboards and tracking tools.
* Ensure all submissions comply with
banking regulations
, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across
global teams and business units
.
Requirements
* Proven experience in
proposal/tender coordination, bid management, or graphic design
within a corporate or financial environment.
* Strong skills in
MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
.
* Excellent
communication, layout, and visual design abilities
.
* Strong
project management
skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Knowledge of
Transaction Banking or Financial Services
(advantageous).
* Membership or involvement with the
Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)
will be a plus.
