Inside Sales Specialist Role Overview
This position involves qualifying inbound leads, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, scheduling meetings and demos, maintaining accurate CRM data, collaborating with marketing on lead generation campaigns, providing support to the sales team, and contributing to CRM optimization and sales material improvement projects.
* Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria.
* Proactively engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and social selling.
* Schedule meetings and demos for account executives.
* Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and activity tracking is accurate.
* Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.
* Support the sales team with offers, contracts, and follow-ups.
* Contribute to CRM optimization, sales materials, and process improvement projects.
Requirements
We Expect From You
* Practical experience in sales, customer contact, or business development. 1-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience is ideal.
* Completed apprenticeship and practical experience or a bachelor's degree. Career changers are welcome.
* Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Motivation, eagerness to learn, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication skills, professional phone manner, and excellent English language skills.
* Ideal experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* B2B tech market knowledge is a plus.
