Product Marketing Director – Equipment, Robotics & Digital Solutions (Europe)
Location: Europe
Reports to: President Europe
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to lead ESAB’s Equipment, Robotics & Digital Solutions strategy across Europe. This role will drive product marketing excellence, support commercial growth, and oversee our European Aftermarket organization.

Key responsibilities:
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
1. Develop and execute European strategies for equipment, robotics, and digital solutions.
2. Lead go-to-market plans and product launches.
3. Drive competitive positioning, portfolio growth, and commercial performance.
4. Provide sales teams with tools, training, and insights to accelerate growth.
Aftermarket & Service Management
5. Lead the European Aftermarket organization (incl. ARC network).
6. Improve customer satisfaction through service quality, spare parts efficiency, and technical support.
7. Standardize service protocols and enhance first-time fix rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
8. Work closely with Global Product Teams, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marcom.
9. Manage escalations and support customer-facing initiatives, trade shows, and distributor events.
Team Leadership
10. Lead Product Marketing Managers, Robotic Business Development, Sales Support, and Aftersales Managers.
11. Build a collaborative, high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Your profile:
12. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
13. 10+ years’ experience in product marketing, commercial leadership, or business development in industrial equipment, automation, or welding.
14. Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and aftermarket operations.
15. Familiarity with robotics, digital platforms, and automation.
16. Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
17. Willingness to travel approx. 30–40% across Europe.
