Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to strengthen our presence in the European market. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining business relationships with European Institutions, driving new opportunities within the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue business opportunities within the European Institutions.
* Build, maintain, and grow strong commercial relationships with assigned EU clients and prospects.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the European Commission and the recruitment/staffing team.
* Support staffing and recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of quality IT profiles.
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify future needs.
* Provide ongoing follow-up and support to employees and consultants working on EU projects.
Requirements:
* A higher education degree.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, staffing, or resourcing within the IT services sector. Previous experience working with European Institutions is a strong asset.
* Solid understanding of customer requirements and the EU institutional market.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Additional EU languages are an advantage.
* Holds a valid driver's license.
* Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg/Belgium without the need for employment sponsorship.
