Your main tasks:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
1. Lead and manage the BU‑N strategy process including strategic analysis, direction setting, long‑term planning
2. Integrate continuous strategic work with annual cycles and drive alignment across regions and functions
3. Challenge assumptions and guide senior leadership into new strategic opportunities
Rejuvenate Transformation Execution:
4. Guide and challenge Workstream leaders in planning, scoping, resource allocation, KPIs
5. Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies and alignment with Transformation Execution Office
6. Consolidate and report KPIs for senior excecutive stakeholders and the board
Commercial Excellence & Performance:
7. Own global commercial excellence agenda: targeting, segmentation, CRM, pricing, launch excellence
8. Lead diagnostics of underperforming regions/products and define recovery plans
Your profile:
9. Minimum of 10 years Strategy/Commercial Excellence experience and minimum 5 years consulting experience, ideally in a multinational and Matrix driven organisation within the life science/nutrition space
10. University degree, MBA preferred
11. Strong KPI, transformation, and stakeholder management capability
12. Strong strategic and analytical mindset
13. Ability to challenge senior leaders as a peer
14. Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills
15. Proven project management and cross‑functional leadership
16. Entrepreneurial mindset and execution discipline
17. Fluent English language skills, written & spoken
18. Willingness to travel
