We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to own our Personalisation offering. This is a key role in shaping the data landscape and influencing product decisions.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing models, scoring logic, and A/B tests to enhance our recommendation system. They will also ensure relevant, personalised recommendations across all channels.
Other key responsibilities include analysing and improving marketing & lifecycle automation performance, driving prioritisation and clarity between Product, Marketing & Engineering teams, building insights dashboards, and reports in Metabase.
