What you´ll do
* Monitor markets and the competitive landscape continuously; synthesize portfolio‑relevant developments and communicate insights that inform strategic decision‑making
* Advise stakeholders on vendor selection for quantitative & qualitative research, delivering clear, data‑based supplier recommendations
* Manage external providers and data sources: screen new options, evaluate quality/price, prepare proposals and steer contracts and delivery
* Operate and further develop our MI tools, data assets, dashboards, and processes to raise coverage, accuracy, and speed of insight generation
* Use AI as a key lever to accelerate MI workflows – apply LLM‑assisted scanning and summarization of reports/news, automate market monitoring and signal detection, and enhance insight generation and scenario modeling
* Drive market‑data governance and standardization so planning and performance processes use a single source of truth
* Deliver crisp management summaries and present findings to senior leadership; respond to ad‑hoc requests with pragmatic, data‑driven answers
* Manage relationships and facilitate projects between third party market research providers and internal stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or similar fields of study
* 2+ years of relevant experience in Market Intelligence, Strategy, or Controlling within a B2B industrial context and/or top‑tier consulting
* Strong analytics toolkit: Excel and PowerPoint are must‑haves; Power BI (or similar BI tools) is a plus
* Experience building/operating MI tools, databases, and dashboards; passion for improving processes and data governance
* Confident communicator and stakeholder manager with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leaders
* Collaborative, proactive “can‑do” mindset; comfortable juggling strategic deep‑dives with fast, ad‑hoc asks
* Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
