Job responsibilities: Supporting and taking on administrative tasks related to customer orders and corresponding financial and compliance documents. Working with existing customers to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed prior to shipment. Ensuring that all necessary material samples have been identified and completed as needed and clarifying any discrepancies. Ensuring the timely provision of orders and invoices. Performing documentation checks in advance of certification audits. Communicating with customers regarding changes to our approvals, changes in certification status, insurance updates, or other issues. Serving as a central point of contact for customer questions regarding payments or other issues. Supporting the continuous improvement of our IT systems and processes related to our interaction with customers. Manage and co-ordinate dock schedule for incoming and outgoing loads. Establish a strong relationship with the warehouse manager and his team. Qualifications/skills required for the position: Degree in economics, computer science, finance, or similar. At least 4 years of experience in customer service. Excellent computer skills (EXCEL, ERP systems). Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is required; other foreign languages are an advantage. Desire to work in a dynamic, order-oriented environment. High level of integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, conscientiousness. Motivated, methodical, and optimistic.
