This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and are enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German.
* Assist customers with order processing, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
* Provide accurate and timely information about products, availability, and service options.
* Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
* Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
* Exceptional in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
* A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
* Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Good organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and related software.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
