Responsibilities:
- Community Management:
Manage and interact with the installer community (website, social media groups), enhance community engagement, and increase user loyalty.
- Marketing Materials Creation:
Coordinate internal resources to provide installers with the necessary product marketing and promotional materials, based on their needs.
- Marketing Campaigns:
Plan installer community activities, develop incentive mechanisms, and collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute joint large-scale installer campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze the effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns, develop improvement measures, and enhance marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or community management, with experience in managing fan or customer communities preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work in a multilingual environment;
knowledge of European languages is a plus.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
- A proactive work attitude, result-oriented, able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- 营销活动:负责规划安装商社群活动,激励机制,拉通各区域营销经理推进大型安装商活动联合执行。
- 数字营销分析与优化:分析各项数字营销活动的效果,制定改进措施,提升营销效果与ROI。
任职要求(Requirements):
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、传媒等相关专业优先。
- 1年以上数字营销或者社区运营相关经验,具有粉丝社区或客户社区管理经验者优先。
- 良好的中文与英文沟通能力,能够在多语言环境下工作;会欧洲小语种语言者优先。
- 良好的团队合作与沟通能力,具备跨部门协作的经验。
- 具有积极的工作态度,以结果为导向,能够在快节奏的工作环境中独立高效地完成任务。
