Pack GTM is the leading specialist, on-the-ground recruitment firm for B2B SaaS companies hiring GTM talent in Germany. We work with ambitious founders, VCs, and revenue leaders who expect sharp thinking, strong execution, and honest partnership.
We’re now hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can operate autonomously from day one and who has clear ambitions to grow into a Principal or Team Lead role as the business scales.
This is not a “sit and wait” role. It’s for someone who wants real ownership and is comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
What success looks like in this role
* You run searches end-to-end: business development, client management, delivery, and close
* You’re trusted to operate independently, without micromanagement
* You contribute commercially within your first 60–90 days
* You build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, not transactional deals
* You raise the bar for quality, communication, and professionalism
* You actively contribute to shaping how we work as a team

About you
This role is likely a strong fit if you:
* Have 3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment (360 role) or a proven commercial sales background
* Are already a consistent biller and comfortable winning business independently
* Can manage complex client and candidate relationships with confidence
* Want more autonomy, trust, and influence - not more rules
* Have ambitions to progress into a Principal Consultant or Team Lead role
* Care deeply about doing high-quality work, not just hitting numbers
SaaS / GTM recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
Full professional ability (C1/C2) in both English and German is a must.
