Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and coordinating board meetings and shareholder activities.
* Support the set-up and maintenance of corporate files, registers, and records.
* Manage regulatory compliance tasks, including AML/KYC processes and FATCA/CRS reporting.
* Liaise with clients and external stakeholders, including lawyers, notaries, and authorities.
Your Ideal Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a Luxembourg-based fiduciary or service provider.
* Proven exposure to corporate officer duties, including board preparation, reporting, and compliance.
* Fluent in French and English (both essential).
* Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
