For our European Location in Offenbach am Main (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a:
Sales & Purchasing Assistant Manager (f/m/d)
As a Sales and Purchasing Assistant Manager for Subscription Business, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and procurement processes. This includes handling customer inquiries, negotiating with vendors, managing subscription files, supporting contract drafting, preparing customer facing documents and proposals, ensuring accurate and timely invoices and accounts receivables management. You will play a key role in supporting Subscription Business
Key Responsibilities:
1) Management of Sales:
* Managing sales inquiries across various subscription services.
* Preparing quotations, sales presentations, brochures, and customer-facing documents.
* Preparing Subscription Business Profit & Loss files.
* Supporting sales price planning and customer negotiations.
* Maintaining and updating subscription files, sales forecasting, and other reports.
* Managing overdue accounts receivable.
2) Purchasing & Vendor Management:
* Managing procurement processes.
* Conducting vendor negotiations and managing cost approvals.
* Managing purchasing extensions, RFAs (Request for Approvals), and contract amendments.
3) Contract & Documentation:
* Drafting and managing contracts and amendments for customers and vendors.
* Supporting contract lifecycle management including renewals and new drafts.
* Assisting in preparing documentation for audits and finance projects.
4) Invoicing & Finance Support:
* Requesting vendor invoices and creating sales invoices and sending them to the customers.
* Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices.
* Overseeing invoicing processes for multiple markets and services.
* Managing customer invoice queries and overdue follow-ups.
* Coordinating with finance for payment reminders, references, and SAP uploads.
Requirements:
* Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or equivalent qualification.
* 4-5 years of relevant experience with procurement and or sales across multiple countries.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong analytical and communication and presentation skill.
* Knowledge of IT hardware and software.
* Knowledge of subscription and invoicing systems
* AWS Certification is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage ambiguity.
* Effective communication and people skills.
* Positive, collaborative mindset with high accountability
* Very good Korean and English skills, German would be considered a plus
