Developing the city of the future as a full-time IT system administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible for our Office for IT and Digitalization What can you achieve?
* Planning and further development of the municipal network, in particular:
o LAN - active area: switching and routing, VoIP
o Expansion and support of the municipal WLAN
o Updating and expanding the firewall concept, operating the firewall devices
o Network security (network access control), VLAN
o Support and further development of site connections and VPN solutions
o Participation in the planning and implementation of additional fiber optic connections
o Integration of provider Internet connections into the municipal network
* Maintenance and further development of proxy servers
* General administration, user support/application support
What should you bring to the table?
* A completed degree in IT (m/f/d) specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
* Very good knowledge of network technology
* Knowledge of first-level support and very good application skills in Windows and MS Office
* Up-to-date knowledge of hardware
* Class B driver's license
* Strong communication skills and service orientation
* Commitment and ability to work in a team
