About the Role
As the Field Marketing Manager for DACH, you're a seasoned Demand Generation Marketer looking to make an impact with a dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and managing B2B lead generation campaigns that drive high-quality leads for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the regional strategy and take full ownership of planning and executing content and messaging specifically for the DACH audience. We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership who is excited to be hands-on throughout the entire process, from start to finish.
What You'll Do
1. Develop and execute regional demand programs mapping audience-centric themes and content to target the audiences throughout the buying cycle to achieve pipeline creation and revenue goals.
2. Execute regional campaigns including event marketing, webinars, content marketing, emails, digital and social.
3. Work closely with our DACH sales team and forge strong communication and processes between teams.
4. Continuously measure and appropriately adjust campaign effectiveness, lead generation performance, lead conversion ratios, sales cycle conversions.
5. Create new or adapt global content to regional specificities in an intuitive and resourceful manner.
6. Manage official German Cision and Brandwatch social accounts and represent the company on relevant discussions on those and other social media platforms.
7. Contribute to the regional digital marketing strategy with team members - either directly or through agency - including PPC, SEO, retargeting and paid social media.
What You'll Bring
8. German native with excellent written and oral communication skills and a proficient level of English.
9. At least 2/3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing including specific experience with programs and tactics such as event marketing, webinars, content marketing, emails, digital, social, paid and content partnerships.
10. Excellent project management skills and the ability to remain organized and calm in high pressure situations.
11. BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or business.
12. Experience working closely with commercial and sales development teams to solicit feedback and ensure quality of leads.
13. Deep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales.
14. A team player with demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity - both internally and externally.
15. Experience in the software or social media industry sector desirable.
16. Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content.
