Your profile Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, leadership experience, 2‑3 years of experience in strategic business development. Proven experience in strategic business development and growth management, preferably in the hydropower or renewable energy industry. Ability to lead cross‑functional global teams in a matrix organization and be a motivational talent for future higher responsibilities. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, especially proficiency in market research. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with emotional intelligence, knowing to adapt roles and behavior in different situations. Your character reflects a person with high self‑motivation and result‑orientation, having a visionary mindset combined with a business attitude.
