As a Working Student for UX & Business Analysis, you will support digital product and process initiatives from a user-centric and analytical perspective. You’ll gain hands-on experience across research, requirements, and collaboration in an international environment, supporting our renewables business. The business units you will serve take care of development, construction and engineering of Onshore and Offshore wind or solar parks.
About the role
User Research & UX Support:
* Support the planning and execution of user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations.
* Analyse user insights and translating them into user journeys, personas, and actionable recommendations.
* Prepare UX artefacts such as wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, and workshop materials.
Business Analysis:
* Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
* Maintain and refine product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
* Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making and validate feature impacts.
Collaboration & Tool Support:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams and assist in ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of UX/BA methods, templates, and documentation standards.
* Support the team in maintaining UX/BA-related tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, Mural or Figma.
Job requirements and experience
* Ongoing studies in the field of UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
* First experience or strong interest in UX design, user research, service design, or business analysis
* Familiarity with UX or collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Mural, Azure DevOps, Confluence) is an advantage
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured way of working
* A collaborative mindset - enjoying teamwork and cross-functional cooperation
* Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
* Motivation to learn quickly and contribute proactively in a dynamic environment
