Job Description
1. Overall responsibility for all back office functions: credit risk assessment, compliance, risk controlling, legal, and operations.
2. Management of credit decision processes and risk assessments related to digital assets.
3. Close collaboration with the front office in product development concerning digital assets while maintaining independence.
4. Analysis and co-development of regulatory requirements related to digital financial instruments (., MiCAR, BaFin guidelines, AML).
5. Establishment and further development of control and governance structures related to digital assets.
6. Leadership of cross-functional teams with a focus on efficiency, regulatory security, and digitalization.
7. Representation of the back office function in internal committees as well as with supervisory authorities (BaFin, ECB).
8. Promotion of a sustainable risk culture and continuous improvement of operational excellence within the second line of defence.
