Your area of work
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Policies & Contract Support and the Process Management teams within the Section Process Excellence.
The teams are mainly responsible to manage, coordinate and continously improve group wide corporate processes and tools such as policy process, Contract Lifecycle Management process and more. Additionally, the unit Policies & Contract Support administrates and maintains the Organizational Manuals of regulated entities.
Your responsibilities:
1. You will be involved and gain interesting insights in the policy and contract management process of Deutsche Börse Group
2. You will execute administrative and organizational tasks such as organizing meetings and workshops, preparing meeting minutes and manage team mailboxes and calendar
3. You will support the quality assurance of documents processed in the Organizational Manuals and provide the user support for related tools
4. Furthermore, you will be able to get involved in challenging and interesting initiatives and projects of the Section Process Excellence related to improvements of group wide corporate processes and the governance of Process Management at Deutsche Börse Group
Your profile:
5. You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters (focus in the finance sector is of advantage)
6. You are interested in financial services, well-structured thinking and good in analytical skills
7. You have the ability to work independently with attention to details and as part of a team in an international environment
8. You are focused on delivery and getting things done, with good organizational talent and communication skills
9. You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
10. You are proficient in written and spoken English, ideally also in German
