They are seeking a proactive HR professional to take ownership of their temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) operations — from agency management and compliance through to process optimisation and cost control. This is not a “tick-the-box” HR position — they want someone who can professionalise how the business hires and manages temporary workers, ensure full compliance with AÜG, TV LeiZ, and GVP, and partner closely with managers to deliver the right technical talent at the right cost. You’ll be part of a collaborative HR function that supports both temporary and permanent employees in a high-performance, engineering-driven environment. What You’ll Do Own the ANÜ lifecycle – from recruitment through to departure – ensuring a seamless experience for managers and workers. Manage all legal and collective agreement requirements (AÜG, TV LeiZ, GVP) with 100% compliance. Build strong relationships with temporary staffing agencies, negotiate terms, and ensure supplier performance. Review and process invoices, working with Finance to optimise costs. Streamline and professionalise processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire. Support broader HR tasks for permanent employees as needed. What You Bring Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience). Proven HR experience with a focus on ANÜ, HR services, or recruiting technical profiles. Confident knowledge of HR administration and German labour leasing law. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Commercial acumen — comfortable reviewing contracts, rates, and invoices. Fluent German (negotiation level) and strong English.
