In this role, you will act as the central interface between users, business units, international IT teams, and external partners, and support exciting transformation, integration, and migration projects in a dynamic aviation environment. Your Responsibilities Ensuring and coordinating stable day-to-day local IT operations Serving as the central point of contact between users, business units, the parent company’s IT department, existing IT service providers, and the current IT organization; taking charge of IT projects Coordinating local IT support, processing or forwarding user requests, and ensuring structured ticket handling Supporting the planning, documentation, and implementation of migration and decoupling measures Supporting IT cost management, invoice verification, license overviews, and service provider contracts Contributing to IT emergency management, access rights management, IT security, and compliance in coordination with the parent company’s IT department as well as internal and external partners Your Profile Strong service orientation and communication skills; enjoyment of cross-functional work Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work Experience in IT support, service provider management, or IT project environments Ideally, experience in IT transition, integration, or migration projects Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, particularly Windows clients, Microsoft 365, and basic server/network structures Very good German skills and good English skills for collaborating with international contacts Completed training in the IT field, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT systems administrator, or a comparable qualification Your Benefits An employment contract with a growing, forward-thinking company offering varied and exciting responsibilities in the aviation industry.
