Head of SAP – International S/4HANA Cloud Transformation
Join a major international business at the start of a finance-led SAP transformation into the cloud, with S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Clean Core and SAP BTP at the centre of the roadmap.
You’ll shape the future SAP landscape, consolidate multiple ERP systems, and build a scalable operating model across Germany and the wider international group.
Your Role:
* Lead SAP operations, stability and strategic development.
* Drive the move towards S/4HANA Cloud with RISE.
* Shape the roadmap across Finance, Billing, Procurement, O2C, Invoicing and Reporting.
* Define the Clean Core strategy and reduce technical debt.
* Position SAP BTP for integration and extensions.
* Lead internal teams, external partners and nearshore delivery.
* Own governance, prioritisation, budget and senior stakeholder management.
Your Profile:
* Strong SAP Finance leadership experience across complex landscapes.
* Good understanding of S/4HANA, RISE, BTP and Clean Core.
* Experience in SAP Finance transformation, consolidation or harmonisation.
* Finance-led process knowledge, ideally including Billing, Procurement or O2C.
* Proven team leadership and external partner management.
* Able to balance operational stability with transformation.
* Bonus: Cloud ALM, LeanIX, Signavio, nearshore/shared services or international delivery models.
